There is no prerequisite percentage for the State Judicial Services Exam. The possession of an LL.B by a candidate is a prerequisite. A diploma from a reputable university (either 5-year integrated course or 3-year course). Percentage criteria are not stated in any State Judicial Services. A strong academic record can assist you in passing the judicial services examination.

There are three phases to the judicial services exam:-

1. Preliminary Exam
2. Mains Exam
3. Viva-Voice or Personal Interview
The preliminary examination is required of all applicants, while the Mains examination is required of those who pass the preliminary test. The person who qualifies for the main exam is contacted for a Viva-Voce or personal interview when the process of creating the final merit list of the chosen candidates is complete.

It is required to complete 7 years of experience before appearing on the Higher Judicial Services Exam. It is one of the primary prerequisites for taking the HJS exam. For admission to the HJS, candidates must appear for a competitive exam with an equivalent syllabus to the lower judicial exam. The benefit of choosing this option is that, if the applicant is chosen, their name will be placed as an additional district judge, greatly accelerating their chances of advancement.

Students in the Science, Commerce, and Arts streams of Class 12 who have passed their board exams from a recognised board are eligible to enrol in an Integrated Law course (5-year program).

2. B.Com LL.B
3. B.A. LL.B
4. B.Tech LL.B
5. B.B.A. LL.B

It is clear from the aforementioned courses that the Integrated Law programme is nothing more than the union of two degree programmes. Law is a degree programme offered (L.L.B.). The other degree options vary, and students can select one that best fits the 12th standard track they want to follow.
